CONTROL DESCRIPTION:
There is a free standing panel with a Barber-Coleman digital high limit. A separate enclosure houses an Allen Bradley PLC 5/11 input/output chassis. There is an Allen Bradley DL 20 message display mounted directly to the furnace. The furnace has 3 heated zones each controlled by a saturable reactor and step-down transformer. Flow meters are mounted to the furnace for Nitrogen, Dissociated Ammonia and gas blend. A bubbler is provided to supply a wet atmosphere.
GENERAL DESCIRPTION:
This is a standard manual type pusher furnace with a 30" load table, 44" entry vestibule with adjustable sloped front door, 48" hot zone, (2) 36" stainless cooling chambers, sloped exit door and a 30" unload table. The furnace has 3 zones heated with Moly rod type heating elements suspended from the refractory walls with Moly hooks and spacers. Parts are placed on Alumina tiles and conveyed through the furnace by means of a manually operated push rod.
